BioProtein Technology works with wellness physicians and Doctors that offer natural alternatives to HGH, PRP injections and other popular anti-aging therapies.  The company offers health and wellness practitioners an exclusive line including low volume private labeling. Job Summary

The primary objective of this position is to find new clients and grow revenue with existing customers nationwide through outside sales. Ultimately the NSE goal for BioProtein Technology is to close NEW business, grow existing accounts and enter orders in the system.   Target customers include Medical spas, wellness centers, and anti-aging, integrative, holistic and functional medicine practitioners.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned quotas. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; Netsuite tracking and reporting
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a strategic sales plan in support of national objectives.
  • Hunts new business opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships and trade shows
  • Maintains and expands customer base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveys consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks, sales training Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a track record of results
  • College degree
  • Prefer experience selling to wellness practitioners or Doctors and/or knowledge of nutraceuticals but not a must have
  • Experience with tracking and forecasting sales
  • Knowledge of NetSuite CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to qualify prospects prior to providing samples. A qualified prospect is a decision maker or strong influencer who has demonstrated interest, need, budget and business goals.
  • Ability to prospect and find new business as well as maintain and grow existing clients

  • Strategic Selling – Demonstrate a tactical approach to sales and marketing that uses effective techniques to maximize prospecting new clients, selling and closing new business and servicing existing customers to optimize re-orders. Install and manage goals for the entire corporation that can be measured as a tool to hold the sales and marketing department accountable for sales performance. Establish sales objectives as the top priority as a corporate philosophy and culture that all corporate employees should buy into and help to support. Be able to convey your position on a topic while engaged with an audience that has a high degree of opposition. Maintain the value of Bio Lab Naturals’ services and products at all times both with our internal sales and marketing team and with our customers and consumers. Communicate product knowledge and our company’s mission to any audiences even if they are skeptical of the message.
  • Communication – Understand the best method to communicate within our organization and to our customers to promote sales and marketing. Be proficient with all forms of social media and understand which form of communication will be most effective within each of our three existing market segments. Clearly present the strategic direction so that the entire organization fully understands their role and responsibility to contribute to maximize our core goal of growing sales and building the organization. Communicate in an accurate, clear and concise manner; be able to recognize when others are having difficulty understanding your message and adjust accordingly.

The Outside Sales person should be required to maintain consistent access to a properly registered vehicle, a valid driver’s license and provide proof of car insurance as a key responsibility.

Salary

Base plus commission and quarterly bonus. Full medical and dental benefits. Typical first year is $85,000-150k.
