Job Title:       Regional Account Executive (NSE) Pure Solutions
Reports To:  Vice President of Business Development
FLSA:              Exempt

Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to find new clients and grow revenue with existing customers nationwide through inside phone sales. Ultimately the NSE goal for Pure Solutions is to close new business, grow existing accounts and enter orders in the system. Target clients include health food stores and sports nutrition centers. The NSE must have the ability to qualify prospects prior to providing samples. A qualified prospect is a decision maker or strong influencer who has demonstrated interest, need, budget and business goals. Armed with this information the sales rep asks strategic questions, shares solution details related to the prospects needs, answers concerns or questions, and closes sales.

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a call center environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of NetSuite CRM systems is a plus or experience with tracking and forecasting sales
  • Ability to prospect and find new business as well as maintain and grow existing clients
  • Ability to qualify leads and move through the stages of sales cycle to win business.
  • Assess current and future needs of existing clients, respond to customers in a prompt, accurate and sincere manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of nutraceutical industry is a plus

Bio Lab Naturals is a Health and Wellness Company that was founded in 2001 with the vision of bringing high quality natural products to market that provide unique nutrients needed to maximize each individuals full potential. Bio Lab Naturals, Inc. has three divisions each offering unique services and each selling to different markets. The first and original division is named Pure Solutions. Pure Solutions is focused on selling our products to the health food retail market. The second division is named Bio Protein Technology. Bio Protein Technology focuses on selling products to the health and wellness professional market. Through this division, we are able to either sell our company’s brand of products or we offer the service of private labeling our products branded specifically for the customer. Our third and newest division is named Trainer’s Elite Network (TEN) Institute. The TEN Institute is currently structured as a direct selling company that recruits athletic trainers as distributors and compensates the distributors by using a structured compensation plan.   • Strategic Selling – Demonstrate a tactical approach to sales and marketing that uses effective techniques to maximize prospecting new clients, selling and closing new business and servicing existing customers to optimize re-orders. Install and manage goals for the entire corporation that can be measured as a tool to hold the sales and marketing department accountable for sales performance. Establish sales objectives as the top priority as a corporate philosophy and culture that all corporate employees should buy into and help to support. Be able to convey your position on a topic while engaged with an audience that has a high degree of opposition. Maintain the value of Bio Lab Naturals’ services and products at all times both with our internal sales and marketing team and with our customers and consumers. Communicate product knowledge and our company’s mission to any audiences even if they are skeptical of the message.
  • Communication – Understand the best method to communicate within our organization and to our customers to promote sales and marketing. Be proficient with all forms of social media and understand which form of communication will be most effective within each of our three existing market segments. Clearly present the strategic direction so that the entire organization fully understands their role and responsibility to contribute to maximize our core goal of growing sales and building the organization. Communicate in an accurate, clear and concise manner; be able to recognize when others are having difficulty understanding your message and adjust accordingly.


Base plus commission and quarterly bonus. Full medical and dental benefits. Typical first year is $85,000-150k.
